The Process

DSC_0051Contact us by email or phone and we’ll arrange a face-to-face meeting with you, if requested, to thoroughly explain the ordering process. Plus we’ll familiarise you with our product ranges, and begin to lay the groundwork for a successful business relationship.

1. Together we fill out your first order, and you pay a deposit of 30% to get production started. Our standard ‘order to packing’ period is 8 weeks.
2. The balance of your payment is due upon receipt of an emailed copy of the final Packing Invoice.
3. The ocean freight, taxes, duty, customs, and any other charges are paid on arrival of the shipment. This is typically 4 weeks from packing.

Once you place your first order on the website, all of the information associated with that shipment will be stored on your account for your reference. These details can be accessed at anytime and are helpful for maintaining track of your best selling stock and assembling future orders. Following the receipt of an order from VIA, we welcome your feedback regarding the quality of the stock and the service we’ve provided. We take great pride in our products and the customer experience, so if there is any way we can improve either of these aspects, we would love to know about it.
